All cookie orders are shipped within two to four business days. Later shipment is of course also possible. Please indicate in the comments field when you need your order. If you are in a hurry with an order, please let us know. Sometimes it is possible to ship your order even earlier than within 4 working days. NB; the delivery time of the chocolate products is always in consultation and can vary. 
The standard shipping costs are € 4.95 for letterbox post and € 7.25 for cookie parcel post. Every cookie order is sent via PostNL My Parcel with a track and trace code
In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. Depending on the order, the chocolate products are sent with PostNL, DHL or with a direct courier.

NB; from July 1, 2022, the PostNL deliverers will no longer leave a note if you are not at home. You will only be kept informed of the status of your package via email or the PostNL app. It is therefore important that you enter your correct email address when placing your order. Only then will you receive the status of your package.
