We ship your order within four working days. Later shipment is of course also possible. Please indicate in the comments field when you need your order.  
If you are in a hurry with an order, please let us know. Sometimes it is possible to ship your order even earlier than within 4 working days.
The standard shipping costs are € 4.95 for letterbox post and € 7.25 for parcel post. Every order is sent via PostNL My Parcel with a track and trace code
In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
The delivery time for the personalized Chocoloco bonbons is approximately 5 working days after receipt of your logo. Furthermore, a delivery time in consultation applies to all other business chocolate products.

If stored in a cool, dry and dark place (not in the fridge), the biscuits can be kept for at least two months after receipt of the biscuits. But to be fair, the fresher the better, of course. Unless otherwise agreed, Chocoloco will therefore always make the cookies as soon as possible before the shipping date so that you always receive a fresh product.

Yes! That is certainly possible. If you get them and don't need (part of) them until later, you can freeze the cookies. Take them out of the freezer a day or two before you need them again. NB; immediately remove the foil from the cookies as soon as they come out of the freezer. This way you always have fresh cookies!

All our chocolate products are prepared with great care in various chocolate factories in the Netherlands and Belgium. All chocolate we use is socially responsible chocolate according to the Ethical Trade principle. Good for people and the environment. The biscuits are made in various patisseries by qualified pastry chefs and bakers.

The ingredients of our fresh artisan cookies are butter, sugar, vanilla, eggs, flour, glucose syrup, vegetable fats (palm), E422, E466, E415, E200, E471, citric acid. allergies; lactose, may contain (traces of) nuts. Our products, both biscuits and chocolate products, are manufactured in factories in the Netherlands and Belgium where nuts are also processed. Unfortunately, we do not make gluten-free cookies, but we do have a recipe for cow's milk-free cookies.
